OCC publishes draft stablecoin issuer reporting forms
The OCC proposed weekly confidential activity and reserve reports plus quarterly condition and income reports for OCC-supervised permitted payment stablecoin issuers and registered foreign issuers.
The proposal turns GENIUS Act supervision into reporting plumbing that issuers will need to operationalize for reserves, activity, condition, and income data.
