Terms of Service
Last updated June 4, 2026
TxFlows reads your public wallet activity only. We never request your private keys or seed phrase, and we never move your funds.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TxFlows, a read-only stablecoin transaction tracking and Flow Statement product. By creating an account or using TxFlows, you agree to these Terms.
If you use TxFlows on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization and confirm that you are authorized to do so. TxFlows launches as a single workspace per account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use TxFlows.
2. What TxFlows is and is not
TxFlows reads the public on-chain activity of the wallet addresses you add, organizes it with labels and notes you control, and produces monthly Flow Statements in CSV and PDF form. It is a record-keeping and reporting tool: the records and exports it creates are for your own review.
To be clear about what TxFlows is not:
- Not a custodian or wallet. TxFlows is read-only. It never takes custody of your assets, and it can never move, send, or sign transactions for your funds.
- Not a money transmitter or exchange. TxFlows does not transfer, convert, or process payments between you and anyone else.
- Not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Flow Statements and the figures derived from your activity are informational records for your review, not professional advice and not a substitute for a qualified advisor.
3. Wallet data & read-only access
When you add a wallet address, you allow TxFlows to read the public on-chain activity for that address through public blockchain data providers. Adding a wallet grants read access only. It never grants TxFlows control of the wallet.
You are responsible for the addresses you add. By adding an address, you confirm that you have the right to track it. TxFlows never asks for and never receives your private keys or seed phrase, and read access can never be used to move your funds.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use TxFlows lawfully. You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Track wallet addresses you have no right to monitor.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TxFlows, to other accounts, or to the systems of our providers.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from the service.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
We may suspend or limit access that violates these Terms or that puts the service or other users at risk.
5. Plans, billing & cancellation
TxFlows offers a free Sandbox evaluation and paid subscription plans, Starter, Business, and Pro, billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe. An optional real-time monitoring add-on is available per wallet. Every plan runs the same read-only Flow Statement engine; plans differ by allowances such as wallets, seats, exports, and document storage.
Current prices and plan details are shown on our pricing page and are taken from the live billing catalog. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you choose until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices may change, and applicable taxes may apply.
6. Intellectual property
TxFlows, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by TxFlows and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms are in effect.
The data you bring stays yours. The labels, notes, and documents you create or upload remain your content. You grant TxFlows the permission it needs to store and process that content in order to operate the service for you. Public on-chain data is not owned by TxFlows or by you; we only read and organize it.
7. Disclaimers
TxFlows is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
On-chain data is read from third-party public data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or revised. TxFlows does not warrant that imported records, totals, categorizations, or Flow Statements are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, including accounting, tax, or regulatory filing. The figures TxFlows derives are read-only records for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying them before you rely on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TxFlows and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your reliance on derived figures or from on-chain activity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of TxFlows for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to TxFlows in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You can stop using TxFlows at any time and close your workspace from your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.
When access ends, your right to use the service stops. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination. How we handle your data after you close your workspace is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the service
TxFlows is actively developed. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms as the product evolves or as the law requires. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give additional notice.
Continued use of TxFlows after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the service and close your workspace.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TxFlows is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The specific governing jurisdiction and venue are pending legal review and will be confirmed before launch.
Where the law allows, you and TxFlows agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
